Breakfast: Cereal, non fat milk
Snack: banana protein muffin
Lunch, protein shake, peanut butter egg candy and raspberry chocolate egg
Snack: Veggies and hummus
Dinner: Rice and veggies
I’m ill and have an infection so I didn’t go running I was too tired plus the infection is ON MY DAMN FACE, there’s this weird red blotch which I don’t want anyone to see. Tonight I’m going to do about thirty minutes of the Denise Austin workout videos.
